Ministry of Home Affairs issues order allowing central agencies to access data from any computer

As per an order from the home ministry (Cyber and information security Division), signed by Home Secretary Rajiv Gauba, ten central agencies, the Intelligence Bureau, Narcotics Control Bureau, Enforcement Directorate, Central Board of Direct Taxes, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Central Bureau of Investigation, National Investigation Agency, Cabinet Secretariat (RAW), Directorate of Signal Intelligence (For service areas of Jammu and Kashmir, North-East and Assam only) and the Commissioner of Police, Delhi are allowed to monitor and intercept any data generated, transmitted or stored in any computer.
